The longer version
I started in engineering, writing code and designing systems. Over time I moved into product and leadership — not because I stopped caring about the craft, but because I wanted to shape what gets built and why. That dual perspective shapes everything I do.
I've worked across start-ups, scale-ups, and large enterprises across Australia, the UK, and India. Each context has taught me something different about what it takes to deliver at pace without sacrificing quality or burning out teams.
How I work
I'm a pragmatist. I care about outcomes, not methodologies. I'll use whatever framework, tool, or process helps the team ship faster, with more confidence — and throw out anything that adds friction without value.
